3. Image Upload and Processing

When you upload images to our Service, the following terms apply:

• Ownership: You represent and warrant that you own or have the legal right to use any image you upload
• Consent: You must provide explicit consent for image processing before upload
• Processing: Images are processed using Google's Gemini AI to analyze visual content for conversation starter generation
• Immediate Deletion: All uploaded images are permanently deleted from our systems immediately after processing (typically within seconds)
• No Storage: We do not store, cache, or retain your images in any form after processing
• Third-Party Processing: Images may be temporarily processed by Google's AI services as part of our generation process

Platform Ownership: The IceSpark platform, including its design, functionality, and proprietary technology, is owned by Closepixels. All rights reserved.

AI-Generated Content: Conversation starters and icebreakers are generated using Google's Gemini AI based on your input. As AI-generated content may not qualify for traditional copyright protection under current laws, you may use the generated content for your personal dating and social purposes.

Your Content: You retain ownership of any text or images you provide as input. However, by using our Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your input for the purpose of generating icebreakers.

Usage Analytics: We may analyze anonymized usage patterns and generated content to improve our Service, but we do not claim ownership of your specific input or share your personal content with third parties.
